NPE SOLAR APP AND SHARING OF INFORMATION

The Website contains a solar application (“Solar App”) intended to assist you in generating a personalized solar quote. If you use the Solar App you hereby acknowledge the voluntary provision of all personally identifiable information such as your building location, energy consumption profile, and solar profile to NPE. NPE does not sell or disclose personally identifiable information about you except as described herein.

NPE, alongside our third-party service providers (“Partners”), will only use personally identifiable information for the purpose of developing, installing, operating, maintaining, financing or generally facilitating solar energy production at your site. Our Partners are not authorized to re-purpose your information for any other reason than as described herein.

NPE may disclose your information under special circumstances to comply with applicable laws as necessary and appropriate.
